The Woman With the Basket: What I Learned About Abundance, Wealth, and Managing Myself
I look at this woman with the basket on her head, standing quietly in the garden, and suddenly realize that some people do not become strong because they have more… they become strong because they learned how to carry what they already had.

I look at this woman with the basket on her head, and I think about everything we carry that nobody else can see.
I only became richer because I learned how to manage what I already had. 💭
When I had nothing, I had to work with what was already inside me: my talents, my focus, my attention, my energy, my creativity.
We all have these things within us, even when life makes us feel like we are starting from nothing.
What I learned from executive coaching is that everything comes down to resource management.
Money is not the only resource. There is also talent, relationships, time, energy, vision, and discipline.
Prosperity often begins with one simple question: am I truly managing what I already have?
Am I maximizing my inner strengths? Am I respecting my energy? Am I growing what has already been given to me?
Maybe abundance does not arrive when we receive more.
Maybe it arrives when we finally become capable of carrying, managing, and honoring what was already there.
